The European currency has slightly declined against the American dollar. The lowest price at the trading session was at the level of 1.1169. Euro is under pressure from the decision of ECB to leave interest rate unchanged at the level of 0.05%. According to Mario Draghi, the Bank will continue quantitative easing policy until target inflation level is reached. It is expected that by the end of 2015 inflation can reach 1.8% due to incentive programs and slowdown of the price decline for energy.
According to preliminary estimates, it is also expected that GDP will rise up to 2.1% by 2017. However, until the Greek problems remain unsettled, Euro is unlikely to go up, especially if the US Fed raises interest rates.
Today, the US non-farm payroll report will be released. In case the index exceeds the forecast of 225 thousand, Euro can fall to 1.1088.
The nearest resistance level is 1.1108 (3/8 Murray). Support level is 1.1230 (4/8 Murray).

As expected, this week the pair had tested the level of 125.00; however it failed to go above this level rand rolled back to 124.90 (opening price of this week). During trading on Wednesday the USD strengthened due to the reduction in the trade balance deficit in the USA by almost 10 billion versus the previous level. Now the pair is traded at the level of 124.50.
On Thursday, volatility in the market is expected to be moderate and important macroeconomic statistics, which can affect movement direction in the pair UDS/JPY, is not expected. On Friday, investors shall focus attention on the US unemployment report: according to the preliminary data this index will remain unchanged at the level of 5.4% and this fact can have a positive impact on the USD.
On the daily chart moving average lines with the periods 20, 50 and 100 are below the price line and directed upward, confirming current uptrend. MACD histogram is in the positive zone; its volumes are rapidly increasing, which also confirms probability of the upward movement.
The nearest support level is 123.71 (this week lows). Next support levels: moving average lines with the periods 20, 50 and 100 (122.72, 121.36 and 120.01 respectively). Strong resistance level: 118.86 (lows of the past three months) and 125.00 (important psychological level).

Yesterday, the European currency has grown against the American dollar. From the opening price of 1.0927 the pair went to 1.1150 by the end of the day. At the moment Euro is at the level of 1.1180 and continues to rise.
Today’s economic calendar contains some news, which can influence on the volatility in the pair EUR/USD. The main event of the day is the interest rate decision by ECB and press-conference of the ECB’s Chairman. Both options, either the increase in the interest rate or maintain it at the previous level can help attract investors, which will be contribute to strengthening in the European currency. Important American statistics will be also known today, including the number of employed (ADP) for May and business activity index in the service sector (ISM).
Technically, on the daily chart the price has broken down the middle line of Bollinger bands and continues to go up to the top line.

The single European currency remains under pressure: the euro has been badly affected by news from France this time. The number of the unemployed increased up to a peak of 3.53 million people. An economic slowdown may become the main obstacle for the sitting president François Hollande that is going to make a second run for the presidency in 2017, as some experts think. Obviously, his promises to improve economy won't be realized.
The second problem is still Greece. Many still wonder whether or not the country will leave the EU. Last weekend, Greek Government made another attempt to agree on financial aid and debt refunding, but the parties failed to reach a compromise. EU's creditors demand that expenses be reduced by 3 billion euro, but Greek Government believes that such measures will only deteriorate the country's deplorable economy and cause social tension in Greek society.
The nearest resistance level is 1.0986 (4/8 Murray). The support level is at 1.0925 (3/8 Murray).

Last week, USD/JPY grew by over 250 points owing to the Dollar's general appreciation against a basket of major currencies. The session closed above 124.00, for the first time since 2002.
Several important macroeconomic releases that may seriously influence the pair's price evolution are expected this week. Particular attention should be paid to the data on change in Japanese money supply: this index is one of the key inflation indicators. According to preliminary forecasts, money supply will decrease by 0.9% as compared to April's data (35.2%). That's a negative factor for the Japanese currency.
Let's have a look at technical indicators. On the daily chart, 20-, 50- and 100-period moving averages are below the price line and directed upwards, which confirms the current upward trend. The MACD histogram is located in the positive zone and its volumes are increasing by leaps and bounds, which also confirms the bullish trend.
A level of 121.94 (20-period moving average) is the nearest support level. The following supports are located at 120.89 and 119.72 - M50 and M100, respectively. The 3-year minimum at 118.86 is a powerful support level. A level of 125.00, psychologically important level, serves as resistance.
